A Relaxing Weekend Getaway in Paradise at Paradisus Los Cabos

Luckily, Los Cabos offers up an incredible variety of villas and resorts for an escape worthy of even a Cabo connoisseur. Recently, she enjoyed the perfect long weekend at Paradisus Los Cabos with her main squeeze, George. Here, she shares some highlights from her romantic getaway.

Paradisus Los Cabos is a stylish beachfront resort, but upgrading to enjoy the Royal Service perks definitely kicked up the experience a notch for us. We enjoyed staying in our spacious and beautiful swim-up suite which comes with the full-time assistance of a professional and friendly concierge/butler. The concierge is available to you 24/7 by WhatsApp and will assist you with anything you need (like drawing a special bath in your suite for you). One day, he sent someone down with snorkel gear for me to use at the wonderful beach in front of the resort (not available otherwise). 

Paradisus Los Cabos features a host of outstanding amenities including ocean-view swimming pools with gorgeous views of the Sea of Cortez, as well as a full menu of fun classes and activities. The resort’s YHI Spa is the perfect spot to treat yourself to extra pampering with rejuvenating massages, water circuits, facials and more in a relaxing atmosphere.

We found the dining at Paradisus Los Cabos to be pleasant surprise, breaking free of all-inclusive clichés with some really imaginative menus at 7 different restaurants onsite. We loved trying out the variety of international restaurants, from the Asian fusion menu at TOKIMEKU to the authentic Mexican cuisine at MOLE. Don’t miss the unforgettable contemporary Basque fine dining experience at GASTRO. This is definitely a treat. Pro tip: come prepared for the formal dress code including long pants and close-toed shoes for gentlemen.

Without a doubt, the inviting beach fronting the Paradisus Los Cabos was the highlight of our vacation. Boasting one of the few swimmable beaches in the area protected by a breakwater, we enjoyed our daily saltwater therapy floating away the hours in the warm, pristine Sea of Cortez. If you’re looking for the combination of style, all-inclusive convenience and a great beach location, I highly recommend Paradisus Los Cabos for the perfect weekend escape.
