I stayed there in November got a Jacuzzi suite. Was not the spiral staircase which was told they didn’t do those anymore. We got the jaucuzzi suite directly next door to one and we saw 3 days later someone was occupying them. I just booked again for April 19-22 with my best friend this time we have an ocean front. How can I know which room it will be and if not can we upgrade to a jacuzzi room? I am an agent and a travel journalist and I love coming there but last time I was a bit torqued someone dropped the ball on the spiral suite. Is there going to be any problems this time???
