Sea of Cortez & Sunsets: A Great Getaway at Casa del Mar

Recently, Jerry Landress of Elite Luxury Publishing had the opportunity to stay at Casa del Mar Pelicano 301. This lovely 2-bedroom condo is located in an excellent Corridor location convenient to some of Cabo’s best golf and offers gorgeous views of the Sea of Cortez. For years I have said, “why not move the office to Los Cabos?” Well if not forever, how about a month or so in the winter? In this virtual world of internet, smart phones, and social media, it’s hardly relevant through which door you enter into cyber space. Or for that matter, where you are physically located when you press “send”.  Well this year I did it and I found the perfect place…a two bedroom condo on the beach in one of Los Cabos’ most prestigious developments, Cabo Real.

Located on the same property as Zoerty Casa Del Mar Los Cabos resort hotel and adjacent to Las Ventanas resort, Pelicano 301 became an instant office away from home. Okay, it wasn’t all work!

This lovely two bedroom unit has all the necessary elements to set up shop or an extended-stay vacation. Traditional colonial architecture, casual sophistication, and the true spirit of Mexican warmth and hospitality make Pelicano 301 ideal. This third floor 1,300 square foot luxury condo is attractively furnished and has spectacular sunset, ocean and beach views.  Of course Wi-Fi, Sky satellite TV, Phone, and a Jacuzzi on the spacious terrace help a lot.  Add in a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, maid service and the picture is complete.

Now for a few extras.  Because the Pelicano building is in the Phase One portion of the Casa Del Mar development, guests renting the 301 unit have access to the main pool areas of the Zoetry Five-Star resort hotel, as well as access to the tennis courts.  For extended stay guests, I recommend registering as a “house account” with your credit card at the hotel registration desk and then sign for any food & beverages, spa treatments, gym access or other services you have during your stay.  You just pay once when you leave.
