Welcoming guests with airy whitewashed spaces, accented by terrazzo, natural textiles, and hints of cobalt blue, NAO offers a captivating Mediterranean-inspired atmosphere and menu in Los Cabos. This sophisticated eatery blends a relaxed ambiance with an exciting culinary concept for an unforgettable dining experience. Situated at the Koral Commercial Center in the Cerro Colorado area, this is a must-visit for Cabo visitors and locals in search of a new gourmet destination.
NAO’s cuisine pays homage to the rich traditions of the Mediterranean combined with locally sourced ingredients from area fishermen, farmers, ranchers, and producers. On the menu you’ll find an evolving variety of vibrant dishes reflecting these influences, including the freshest seafood, pasta, carpaccio, tartare, roasted vegetables, hummus, and more.
Some highlights include the pan-seared gnocchi with brown butter, Parmigiano Reggiano, and truffle, and the fish carpaccio with arugula emulsion, fermented green olive tapenade, and preserved lime. End your meal with limoncello baba or baklava. A well-rounded wine list and creative cocktails complete your experience.
NAO is the culinary creation of Chef Alex Branch, who brings an impressive background to this new restaurant. Chef Branch started his professional career working in Mexico City under celebrated Chef Monica Patiño. Later, Branch was part of the culinary team at Capella Pedregal Resort (now the Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos) and assisted the opening of other hotels throughout the world. Branch has also been a part of the exceptional farm-to-table dining team at ACRE Baja. At NAO, Branch focuses on new interpretations of Baja ingredients and Mediterranean traditions.
With a passion for innovative mixology, creative cocktails are a highlight at NAO, including the refreshing Lavender Lemonade and the NAO Spritz which pairs Limoncello, brut, and sparkling water. Refreshing cocktails pair perfectly with the lush menu and stylish atmosphere.
