NAO is the culinary creation of Chef Alex Branch, who brings an impressive background to this new restaurant. Chef Branch started his professional career working in Mexico City under celebrated Chef Monica Patiño. Later, Branch was part of the culinary team at Capella Pedregal Resort (now the Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos) and assisted the opening of other hotels throughout the world. Branch has also been a part of the exceptional farm-to-table dining team at ACRE Baja. At NAO, Branch focuses on new interpretations of Baja ingredients and Mediterranean traditions.
With a passion for innovative mixology, creative cocktails are a highlight at NAO, including the refreshing Lavender Lemonade and the NAO Spritz which pairs Limoncello, brut, and sparkling water. Refreshing cocktails pair perfectly with the lush menu and stylish atmosphere.
